    Dear FHFA,

    I think it is a mistake to lower the loan limit. In fact, we need to increase the LOAN LIMITS in areas like in Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties where the median- priced homes are beyond reach by LOW AND MODERATE INCOME families. If the loan limit is low, the low and moderate income families will have to pay higher interest rates and hence higher monthly payment if the buy homes that require over the conforming loan amount as proposed by this agency.

    To me, this is NOT a fair and just idea for the low and moderate income families. Let us increase the LOAN LIMIT instead.
