    I've have been a real estate broker for over thirty years. I an very concerned with the lowering of loan limits. In doing so you will effect the real estate market with taking thousands of buyers out of the market and this will have a major impact on the recovery. As many feel we are still in a recession with hundreds of thousands out of work this not a time to slow things down. Please reconsider, this is not a time to lower loan limits.
