    With all the regulations taking an effect in January 2014, there should be a one step at a time approach. There are too many variables that have to take effect before the housing market turns around. The limits should be untouched in the New Jersey, there are not enough buyers to buy up the higher priced inventory and lowering the limits will be hurtful.
