    To the Office of Policy Analysis and Research,

    We, at the Shelter Mortgage/Lending Services - Atlanta Branch oppose the Proposed Gradual Decrease of Future Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Loan Purchase Limits.

    We encourage the Federal Housing Finance Agency to maintain the $417,000 limit.

    Any lower amount will negatively affect our business.
