    Dear Sir or Madame,

    I would like to address the proposed decrease in the maximum conforming loan limits in the Atlanta Georgia market. Our real estate market is slowly recovering in some areas in the Metro Atlanta market. However if the proposed decrease is placed on the conforming loan limits for our area I believe we will see a negative impact on our home sales just are they are starting to recover.

    Please consider waiting for a few more years to revisit the reduction until we know how the recovery will impact the recent improvement we have only just begun to experience
