    I think your idea is a poor one. If you were only addressing the less than better locations in the USA that would be fine. If your talking about the entire USA. then your failing to taking into consideration that there are many, many locations that have more expensive real estate. If you happen to live in these areas you need the extra $ limit’s so the borrower who needs a higher CLTV does not come close to a program CLTV max.
