    Please do not allow the loan limits for conforming loans to be reduced. We have seen a banner past 12 months in real estate and setting lower limits could impact this positive recovery. I feel this would not be a good move for the real estate industry. Home values are in many areas of Atlanta coming back to 2005-2006 values. Let's keep the positive momentum moving forward.
